Thread Starter
it's been like 4 weeks for me picking out a laptop need something that can run 2 WoWs at once without lag (like running alts in instances) I wanted to a 8800gts but it's prolly be way more then I will use lol but not sure if 8600gt can handle it I mean with a 8600gt I save like 500$ on the laptops.

No but seriously, the gateway FX series laptop should max out WoW.

the GPU won't have anything to do with running two wows at once. The CPU will - When one is running in the background, it isn't rendering anything. But the CPU will help you get back and forth.

Pleanty of RAM is a must too!

Heh.. I've run 3 WoW's on my computer before. It worked just fine but eventually if you alt tab too much too often it will slow down.. then again, I havent run 3 WoW's since I upgraded to 4GB Ram .

I've run two WoWs on different screens.. now that lagged up a bit.
