i got a ultra chilltec cpu cooler . my cpu is phenom x4 9500 2.20ghz
im at 86-f at idle and max 109-f is it good or bad??????

Thats a good temps. You might get a litle more overclock out of it if you get a better cooler though.

Those are very good, but the load temp seems a little too low for a quad. What are you using for stressing and temperature monitoring?

Thermoelectric is good, but not in an air-cooler. I heard the Chilltec is about on par with a TRUE.
