Depends on the CPU as to whether you could 'get away' with anything less, but tbh, there's not point skimping over a few quid.

Sorry, forgot. I am getting an E8400 and will overclock only when it starts to be a bottleneck on my 4850, which is going to be in a couple of years at most.

Those are pretty efficient parts. Something like a Corsair vx450 or Antec EA-500 would be plenty for you. Even with overclocking they will hold up just fine. If you plan on upgrading any time soon something a Corsair vx550 would be enough for just about any single GPU setup you could get.
