I was genuinely upset by the video. I thought Newegg was some Mom and Pop computer shop that was just really good at what they did. When I placed an order I was expecting someone at Newegg to yell across the warehouse, "Hey Joe, Losttsol is upgrading his RAM! Man, he must have a pretty sick system nowadays." Alas it is just another mega corporation and I am no more than a number. Damn it all.
