I'm going to agree with the Xigmatek HDT-S1283, its the best cooler i've ever owned, and its not to pricey. Also, You should definatly look into a X38 or X48 motherboard. They are good overclockers and you'll be able to grab a second 4870 later for CrossFire.

This Motherboard is around the same price as that one but probably alot better.
