Im gutting my old desktop because I hate it and keeping the dvd burner and hd and im ordering the rest of the build on newegg, I plan on bursting my overclocking cherry with this budget gamer system. So I need as much help as possible to ensure all of these parts will work smoothly together. Im on a tight budget of 1k USD that includes shipping and tax, and plan on taking the wolfdale to at least 3.6 and keeping the gpu runnin at stock since it runs warm on its on. kk now thats outta the way here we go

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121253

Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227267

Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136043

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115037

HSF: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835887011

not sure if the deal is still available, but you can try to type in VGA7420 when you checkout for the asus 4850, suppose to reduce $20 from the total. Credit to this post

other than that, the build looks good

actually tuniq tower is a bit more expensive as you need to pay for shipping (the zerotemp has free shipping and $10 MIR)

also i did a small search, and find that the HSF of your choice is not that good. so i suggest getting a XIGMATEK HDT-S1283. it has similar price and the hsf of your choice and cools better

Xigmatek HDT-S1283 > Tuniq Tower. It's more efficient with its direct touch heatpipes and it's also cheaper. An alternative would be the OCZ Vendetta 2 but it is sold out.
