Anything I missed, on getting this rig running?

Ok I built my new gpu folding rig, went to fire it up and everything comes on but no video output. I went through all the basic steps, reset cmos, different ram, no ram, different video cards. Here is the setup:

Intel Celeron D 360-Have tested before I know it works.
Msi 650i sli - I don't know if it works, its been sitting for months, worked last time it was fired up.
EVGA 8800GS(also tried an old 7600GT I had)-The 7600 worked 2 days ago when pulled.
2x1gb Gskill HZ's(also tried a cheap value stick)-Worked 2 days ago when pulled.
Dvd-rom drive-unplugged-Who knows doesn't matter though
Seagate 80gb sata hdd-unplugged-Worked 2 days ago when pulled.
Antec Earthwatt 500W-brand new assumed to be working.

Any other ideas that I am missing, I am guessing the board is shot for some reason.

Sounds like either the PCI slots aren't playing nicely, or the card isn't. Its a 650i, so try sticking the card in the other slot and see if you get action.

I don't think that works on the 650i does it? Its got that stupid sli/non sli card thing you have to turn around, I am pretty sure the second slot doesn't do anything unless you turn that, and it still needs a card in the first slot to work.

Is it plugged in? Switch turned to "On"? Power button leads plugged into mobo correctly?

May be stupid, but hey, it happened to me.

Wow.

I should have been more clear earlier, when I said "went to fire it up and everything comes on but no video output" I meant it literally. I push the power button and everything comes on, fans(at normal speed), no beeps, spins the hdd even. Just no video output, it sounds like its booting, everything looks fine.

If you dont have another spare card...

(I havent tried this with SLI boards but it works on a P35) ... But try what Clinic said

Stick your card in the 2nd sli slot and boot it from there.

You have to change the bios GPU boot slot from 1 to 2. This should tell you if the cards bust or your pci slot is dud.

Can't get into the bios. But on this board the second slot "I believe" is dead unless you turn this card around on it.(pic below) I will give it a shot, but I am 95% sure it can't work on this board. I know you can on others(I have owned a 680i and 590sli they neither one needed that card).

Wow, this must be a trend at the moment or summit. My son's PC with an ASUS P5B-E mobo just died the same death as well. I thought it was just the PCI-e slot, so I purchased an FX5500 PCI VGA & still nothing. I went through everything because I couldn't believe that the board just died, but that's precisely what it did.

Since your board has been sitting, have you considered maybe the CMOS battery could have died?

If that didn't take care of it even after clearing the BIOS (assuming you have), it's probably DOA
