difference 3.5 - 3.8 ??

so i oc my 6850 @ 3.8 24/7 but with a 1.5vid and higher temps instead i would like to keep it @ 3.5 with stock vid or maybe lower and lower temps.. so i would like to ask you guys if would i notice any difference (speed) 3.5 vs 3.8 thanks..

if you game i would keep it at 3.5 because you'll see like 1 or 2 FPS difference
