I was looking at the Swiftech as well, since we both have Quad Cores, go to the H20-220. With the bigger rad.. Better for Duals and Quads.

The bigger the radiator, the more surface contact there is for the fins to transfer heat... so a 220 rad is certainly going to yield better results..

If you're really looking for the lowest temps, then put the Rad outside the case using a radbox or something of the sort

EDIT: just saw that you have an Antec 900.. outside of the case is really your best option

I'd do something like this..

.. D-TEK FuZion CPU Block

.. D5 Vario

...ThermoChill PA120.3..Or one of the XSPC rads...

.. 7/16" Masterkleer

Heres some stuff to read, I'll leave you my cleaning and set-up PDF also, be sure to tread all the stickies here, they have a lot of good info in them...Take your time picking parts, do some research now and you will have a better rig that suits your needs...You can buy used parts also, that will save you some $$$...
