I take it since you're swapping back and forth between DDR3 and 2 that you have a board that can do both. The debate between which to use continues on, but I still prefer DDR2 because 3 is very costly and the gains are hardly noticeable. Get the G.Skill 1066, it's crazy for OC'ing.
