SCDA saved game issue - Page 2

that sounds like a hardware problem. Have you tried swapping out different hardware? It sounds like your board is having a voltage problem, (if its not your PSU like you say...)

there is a slim chance that some other piece of hardware is drawing strange voltages that is messing up the whole rig, so systematically go through and eliminate each possible issue...

Maybe 550w isn't enough for his hardware. I think you can edit the game's .ini file to set it at the level you were on. If not, look for a save game online. I have a save game if you want it. I think I'm on the hotel level.

IMO, SCDA is a decent game. It runs like garbage on my system. When i try to change it to Standard Settings, the game always turns it back to Next Gen Settings. So i get like 15 FPS, which is unplayable.

Yeah... but I just quit my job to help pack up the house and I got bills (who doesn't?). I don't exactly have enough for another 775 mobo.

@ -Inferno: You really think I'm under powering my system? It ran my 3850 without a hitch.

BTW, thanks to the mod/director who changed the title... I had to look for my thread.

I don't really know, I have seen people with the higher end computers with like 1000 watt PSU's so I thougt that they would need that atleast to power their systems. I'm not really all caught up on the new hardware. My S939 rig kinda keeps me limited.
