I have about $330 to spend on a CPU, Mobo, RAM, HDD, Optical drive and PSU.

What would be the best choices?

Thanks!

Do you mean that you have $330 for all those parts together? Or $330 for any of those parts?

Well intels nehalm processors are coming out later this year and buying an expensive cpu or mobo would be stupid because it requires a new socket. RAM is pretty damn cheap due to low demand and high supply, so maybe pick up some DDR3. Don't know to much about HDD's but maybe get a 10,000 rpm raptor for faster load times. Stick with a good brand name on a PSU like corsair and silverstone.

I managed to do it... I bought all the components in my sig system (including the GPU) for $355.00!

Hopefully the E2160 won't bottleneck too bad. :O

Where did you buy your parts at? The 9800 is $200 alone.
