Anyone know who makes either of those models?
I don't see a manufacturers # on the PS so without it no was of saying for sure... perhaps they make there own Sorry, I simply can read the label in the newegg pic.

If you can attain the UL listing number you can find out more here.

Can't beat Antec 430 at that price after MIR. Otherwise, I would go for 450vx.

I don't know the specifics of that Corsair even though it's probably great, but I can tell you for sure that the Antec EW is a great PSU, they didn't skimp on any of the parts to cheapen it. It's got all sorts of protection and great filters.

I believe someone said Delta made the Antec Model and Seasonic made the Corsair model. This is going off of limited unconfirmed comments though.

The UL # is the only way to confirm who made it.

The Antec, purely because it's cheaper.

The Thermaltake 430W linked earlier is like the worst PSU they sell . I definitely would avoid that. As for the OEM of the Antec, it's hard to say. They used to be made by Seasonic but recently have been switched to Delta. I've heard reports of people getting Delta built Earthwatts from Newegg so it seems they may have ran out of the the Seasonics. The Delta built ones are still decent, just a tad bit less than the Seasonic built ones (although there haven't been any reviews yet to prove otherwise). The Corsair 450 is also a Seasonic but built to higher standards than the Antecs. If you didn't want to mess with rebates (I hate them), this Cooler Master is a good budget PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817171028. It's not as efficient as the Antec but it did good enough in reviews and is a good choice on a budget.

Yeah, Thermaltake can be alright, but I think in this case I would def. go with one of the other recommended PSU's. I will be ordering her in a short bit. I don't mind the rebate so it is a toss up between that Antec and Corsair.

Alright, considering this PSU is going to be covered by my parents who now use it, I think I will go for what will cost them less being the Antec.
