You have a good mobo at the moment you could maybe go for a P45 might give you a bit more overclock. I like your System Name Xbox 720.

New monitor 20''.

Keep your cooler they are good for Duel Core.

If you was gaming i would said get a 8800 GTS 512MiB they are one of the best 8Series GPU they can even out perform a 8800 GTX at max overclock

I'd pick an Acer over Chimei, Hanns-G, and Asus. Great monitor with lots of reviews. I'm sure a few people here can tell you the same.

An even better monitor but it's slightly over the budget. It is a SAMSUNG though...

CPU or a Monitor should be your next upgrade. Hanns-G 19 - 22'' is a great Monitor my parents have a 19'' Hanns-G and its clear as anything.

I still think you should try Core 2 Quad you will be impressed.

I'd save up for a 24" over a 22" monitor honestly. Going to 24" gets you the better panels and the higher resolution.
