Ok the P5N-E SLI is a little cow for Quads

Here are my stable clocks on the Q6600 b3

2.667GHz @ 1.31v (Stable) Ram = 790MHz
2.70 @ 1.325 (Unstable) Ram = 667MHz
2.75+ @ 1.33 (Stable) Ram = 800MHz
2.8+ @ 1.33 (Stable) Ram = 800MHz
2.85+ @ 1.335 (Stable) Ram = 667MHz
2.9+ @ 1.335 (Stable) Ram = 800MHz
2.92 @ 1.335 (Stable) Ram = 800MHz
3.0 @ 1.35 (Unstable) BSOD Ram = 667

My PC didn't blue screen on boot this morning. If it doesn't do it when I get home tonight then it's pretty much confirmed that the O/C performed by the system builders caused the problem.

Is it actually worth me giving the CPU a mild overclock without putting extra cooling on the NB?

My case does run very cool, with a big fan at the front and side drawing air in and a big one at the back pushing it out. There is a scythe Mine cooler in there also.
