no reboot after crash, I have to hold the power button till is shuts off, the first time I boot up it doesnt post, then I repeat and It works like a charm.

his board will auto lock the pcie, i had mine running at 125mhz on that board tho

have you tried to increase the volts to the nb? 1600fsb needed 1.39v or more on mine iirc.

ask in the thread for that mobo m8 you will get the best help from those who have that board.

Do you have another videocard to test with? Or perhaps raise the cpu vcore a notch and see if it helps.

knock on wood, that NB voltage looks to have done the trick. Only time will tell now. I notice the NB chip gets pretty warm, any good yet cheap coolers out there for it?

I haven't been gaming so Ive been running everything back on stock/default. Now it has began to crash for no real reason. Temps are 34 for the CPU and 38 on Load. No OC'd VidCard, temps are good on that too. I can't figure this POS rig out.

Maybe you don't have enough juice going for the components.
Here are my stable settings for E8400 @ 4GHz: VCore 1.44V. NB 1.43V, RAM 2.2V (1:1 ratio), Disabled SpeedStep and C1E.
