Honestly, I would stay away from LED fans altogether. The plastic used on LED fans is more brittle, therefore more prone to vibration.
I am currently using a Zalman ZM-F3 because I can opick them up at my local PC store. I already had 3 of them in the case, and am very happy with their output (76 CFM) vs. the noise (34 DBa).
If I had a choice though, I would go with the Scythe S-Flex fans. Just get some that suit your DBa needs, since the Noctua does not require high CFM fans to operate. Also, the S-Flex cost $14 each, but will last 5 times longer than any sleeve bearing fan you can find.
