You would want a TRUE or Tuniq tower.

Yea I would go with the LG blueray drive.

And here is the link to the corsair 750tx, a better psu than the silverstone imo

im pretty set on the silverstone the single 12v rail and fact that i have had no problems with my current one are why i will be buying from them again. isnt the nirvanna cooler just as good as the tuniq? ( http://www.anandtech.com/casecooling...spx?i=3202&p=4 )

tl;dr

The Nirvana lives up to its name in overclocking, reaching 3900 MHz with its single dedicated fan. This matches the top tier of cooler performance and is the match of other top coolers like the Thermalright Ultra-120 and the Tuniq Tower 120.
any suggestion on the best bang/buck soundcard?

I agree, go with a Tuniq Tower. See if you can get the Vista unlimited trial. It won't hurt anything to get something free, and who knows, maybe you'll like vista!

Solid CPU cooler. You don't really need to lap it out of the box like you need the TRUE. Instead of using the old method of applying AS5, I made small lines on each or the copper pipes and my temps never go above 50C, even while gaming. When it gets warm in my room though, temps can go as high as 55C loads which still isn't bad. If your house is always air conditioned, this cooler will be your best bang for the buck.

Yes. It is probably PCI x16, which won't have nearly enough bandwith for one 4870, much less two.

You need to get a board with PCI 2.0.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131284

Bit pricey though...
