Are these RAM(s) any good?

I'm a tight wad and I'm building my first rig. Ill be going with an OCed E8400.

Are those ram sticks any good? Which one would you choose? Are there better sets for simliar price?

I own a set of the 1066 Reapers and love them. Those would be my first choice even though they are the 800's. You'll get at least 1000 out of them.

All my experience has been with 2x1. The reviews on both of those look pretty positive.

G.Skill 2x2GB 1066 gets my vote, but if you want to stick with OCZ, get the Reapers. My G.Skill bumped my E6400 up to 3.2GHz, which is more than an entire GHz increase over stock. Needless to say, they are excellent for OC'ing.
