If you are referring to me, please read more carefully. I have tested it with physical measurements for efficiency, and its over 90% efficient on the 12V rail. this surprised even myself.

the difference in voltage between when the rail had a huge load and when it didn't was minimal, like .01V. this PSU is an underestimated solid performer. i'm not sure what the exact model was but i think its X-Finity from ultra
