Can Someone Explain This?

Each one is real???All these readings are different.I've just bought this cooler but with realtemp(everyone sais that it is the best) its waaay to high temp.To be honest it is like stock cooling temp. And yeah are full load temps. In cpu-z i have no vdroop. That cannot be good too.And how come Core 1 is 70°,Core 2 is 69° but overall temp is 48°?As a matter of fact that temp should be true.It is the latest Everest and the temp of each core is similar to CoreTemp and Pc Probe but is that my real voltage???I have it set in bios to 1.3000 not so high.I'm so confused.Any ideas about this?I don't know to worry or not.Thank You.+Added to the one that helps me go thru this

Edit:Just Downloaded the latest Cpu-Z(1.46) and it shows CPU VID 1.225

edit: opps, my fault. i thought these were idle temps lol. i hit 60-65C at full load at 3.6Ghz and auto vcore (1.296). maybe thats your limit for cpu clock? also i believe the highest temp is 72C and its adviced not to get over 68C.
