I restarted my computer and now it ask for the cd to boot from. I inserted the Vista Ultimate cd and it attemps to load but doesnt. It gets to a blue windows screen with only the mouse curser on it. Wont let me do anything else and doesnt give other options. What do I do?

Have you tried taking out the CMOS battery?

Well I figured out that my HD was unplugged from the mobo. But undoubtedly this wasnt the problem in the first place. After I reconnected the harddrive, the computer booted up. It ended up shutting down after about 5 minutes. I then turned it back on and I let it check for solutions(It said there was a problem with NVidia graphics drivers but didnt have a solution)after another few minutes tried to play Crysis. It shut off again before it even reached the game and when I restarted, I got the same graphics driver error.

Insert your vista cd and do a system restore, or just use the vista cd to fix any boot up problems. Once that's done, go to your video card manufacturers's website and download the latest drivers.

I ran the disk and chose the startup repair option, it didnt find anything wrong. I then tried to run a restore and it wouldnt let me. Said there was a restore already running or already in atempt.
Im downloading the drivers from NVIDIA right now so Ill let yall know if I have anymore problems after that.
Also, I would like to install XP on another partition. How do I do so? Just insert the XP disk and I will get an option to overwrite or create a new partition....???? How/when do I have the option to choose what system to boot into?

Hmm, I was gonna say restore, but I'm not sure why it's saying there is already one in progress. Are you doing it in Windows? Or from the boot up disc?

I was doing it from the boot disk. I havent tried it through Windows yet. It only does it while trying to play crysis. I put in the disk, click on the comrade icon to play online, the screen turns black and after about 15 seconds, my computer turns off.
I noticed a few weeks ago that my restart button doesnt work anymore. It just turns the computer off and it stays off. Could this have something to do with the turn off issue?
