So I got a PSP now!

Thread Starter
So I was at my cousins when he asked me if I knew anybody who wanted a PSP, I've always wanted one so I asked how much he wanted for it, he said he didn't know. A little bit later he asked if I knew anyone who had a verizon phone to sell. I told him that I would be getting on in in two days (another Krzr through insurance, 4th one, only one was my fault, others were faulty software) and I told him I would trade him straight up, he said ok. So as soon as the phone came in I called him, he got the krzr (worth roughly 100 on Ebay.) and I got a PSP Slim with 6 games and one movie (some manga movie). and now I have a PSP .

I am going to be ordering a Pandora battery and memory stick soon from DealExtreme so that I can put the CFW on it and start getting some apps. But until then, are there any good free apps I can get for my psp with the normal firmware on it? thanks guys!

That's right, get:

AFKIM - msn for PSP ( way better than ebuddy), works with targus keyboard

IRSHELL - a full shell program for the PSP, cant use remote control on the slim, but can still do many, many things (open .rar files, move, copy, cut files)

SnesTYL - play snes games, has many features

PSPTube - youtube, dailymotion, etc on PSP (videos can be downloaded and saved)

Those are my personal favourites, there are many more

go to http://pspupdates.qj.net/ for more homebrew than you can eat!

enjoy

cool, thanks guys. I left the damn PSP in my brothers truck so I haven't had it for 2 days. But I like it, so I'll probably keep it. Unless my dad decides to sell me a quad (blaster) in which case I'll sell it, haha. but probably be keeping it. Just need to save up some money so I can get a Pandora battery and memory stick to get some homebrew apps going on.

I'm offering to downgrade/upgrade PSP firmwares to custom firmwares for $10+shipping. I have Pandora's Battery, the Magic Memory Stick, and the unpatched version of GTA Liberty City. I've downgraded some of my friends PSPs for $20

FYI its against OCN's TOS to do that.

No your not.

Sorry, it is against TOS to offer paid services on oc.net.

Besides, I've already made it quite clear I'd do it for free.
