New computer, Pic of CPU-Z got question

Just built my first computer and heres a pic of CPU-Z. I was wondering why one of my rams SPD isn't 5-5-5-15? i that bad?
Edit: oh and under memory it says i have ddr3??

Also how could i post pics of my bios?

That last screenshot has nothing to do with what speed you ram is running at. They're both running at 5-5-5-15

You're reading it wrong, those are just different JEDEC (and non-JEDEC, EPP) specifications it can run at. Try selecting another module, you'll see the same thing.

The first shot to the left is what they all run at.

First the only way to post a picture of your BIOS is to take a picture with a camera.
Second, the SPD is what your RAM is rated at for a given speed. Each column is a different speed. For example running at 266Mhz you could set your timings to 4-4-4-10 for 400Mhz 5-5-5-15 and so forth. Don't forget it's DDR2( double data Rate so the speed is doubled 266X2= 533 400X2=800 533X2= 1066). You may be able to run faster and/or tighter timings.
Also you may want to disable speedstep and C1E in BIOS then your speed would be 2.4 Ghz instead of 1.6Ghz.

^that's becaus he still has speedstep on, it automaticly reduces his multi when the cpu is idle. the multi is at 6 now instead of the 9 it is normally at.
