probably performs about the same as two rails between 17-20ish.

corsair makes some good PSU's

Don't get the Apevias or the Sunbeam, they aren't very good. The Rosewill is decent but not for the price. At $54, the Antec EA-500 is the way to go. Quality is much more important than LEDs.

edit: I should add, if you absolutely have to have LEDs, there's nothing particularly bad about the RP500-v2 Rosewill linked earlier. You would be taking a little step down in quality compared to the Antec, but it's acceptable.
