Deleting a mastercard on the 360

Thread Starter
Basically, I used my dad's mastercard to buy Microsoft points on my 360. Am I missing something? I can't find where to erase his info, and he says he'll get a new card tomorrow if its not gone. He's anal about his info, but its understandable, and I don't want to make him go through getting a new card.

You can call 1-800-4MY-XBOX to have them remove the card from your account.

Ok, well i was going to make a guide to do it online , but to do it online you must add another card in it's place and i've called microsoft and they say if you delete a card from your account you will not be able to change your gamertag, update subscription (as in add new 1 month, 12 month) and that's it so if your going to do this make sure you have the gamertag you want and your subscription isn't going to run out in a few days

You can still buy LIVE subscription and point cards from retail stores and add them to your account after you remove a CC from your account...

But yeah, just call up Xbox support as Namrac said and they will be able to take care of it for you.
