Check to make sure your overclock is stable? Run orthos for a few hours, and if it fails, then either up the voltage on that chip or de-clock it.

If all else fails, I once had a problem with the blue screen of death and changed out my CMOS battery (the battery on the motherboard). Remember, they will lose charge over time.

And holy crap, it worked. I absolutely doubted it, my buddy kept telling me to try it, I didn't; he ended up buying me a battery and holy crap it worked. I'll never hear the end of that one.

It may be a long shot, but if nothing else works, try it before you start to replace RAM and so forth. It is the cheapest repair of all.

Best of luck to you, and welcome to overclocking.

If it is a no-name PSU, I'd be suspicious too.

yeah..... i suspicious about my PSU too because i ran 1 9600 GT with no poblem. no crash, freeze it was all good. but once i put the second card comes more trouble. i tried SLI with default Settings in BIOS and still i got CRASH. oh... yeah i will try orthos.(never heard of it) and i will try reupdate bios and clear CMOS. i hope that works

any more thoughts?

I'd take a look at the PSU too but just in case, how much voltage do you have going to your Northbridge, CPU, and RAM?
