The 4850 is better than the GTX.

edit: For cooling

(pretty much http://www.overclockerspulse.com/cooling-reviews/ocz-vendetta-2-performance-heatsink-vendetta-gets-a-younger-brother/ a lapped and pressure modded TRUE), for PSU http://www.provantage.com/corsair-cmpsu-750tx~4CSMC05E.htm has a better bang/buck but it's not modular. They also have the 520HX if you want modular for about the same price, but they'll undoubtedly ship faster and have better service.

the 4850 will only get better..You'll be able to use it for a couple years even with new games, most likely.
