Liquid Cooling NB chipset! Please Help!

Thread Starter
I was hoping somone could make me a list of things i am going to need to buy.
I have never done WC before and i only want to WC my NB on this board.

I think im going to go with this for the NB.
http://imageevent.com/marginjohn/viperjohn

This for the mosfets:
http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_pa...50aHVzaWFzdA==

and I cant find the little copper heatsink i was going to use on the South chipset. It has a little fan inside it and it looked like it fit under a graphics card.
Anyways i need to know what would be the best setup to buy just for this 1 loop. A nice Rad that i could possibly use for adding future loops. Which pump to buy? Which hoses etc ? Also which fans do you guys reccommend for the Rad? Little help please !
Thanks in advance.

I agree with everyone else, if youre going to watercool u should do the CPU and/or GPU too. But, I guess you gotta start somewhere right? So heres a few tips.

A Swiftech MCR-120 would be good for just a north bridge.
http://www.xoxide.com/swiftech-mcr12...-radiator.html
For a pump, the MCP355 would be good. Another good one is the MCP655 but I dont recommend it because of its heat out put.
http://www.crazypc.com/products/mcp355-93345.html
its a little powerful but gives u room for upgrades in the future.
For a fan, it depends really on how important silence is. If you dont care, the Silverstone 110CFM fans are beast and although kind of loud, have incredible air flow. Just dont get near those blades.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999344
If you want "silence" go for something like this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185006
anything really in the 50-60 CFM range would do for silence. It also depends on your overclocking. If the rad is hot to the touch, the upgrade to the 110CFM one. If its still hot, then buy two 110 CFM fans.
For a reservoir, the swiftech micro res. is hands down the best for beginners.
http://www.xoxide.com/swiftech-mcres...hannelid=FROOG

Tubing, go with Tygon 3/8 ID 1/2 OD
http://www.highspeedpc.com/Merchant2...ry_Code=Tubing
Its goverment contracted and is the best out there and worth the cost. Remember always order 1 or 2 foot more then you need.

For Coolant, get a gallon of distlled water and buy some PrimoChill Liquid Utopia and PT Nuke and add it to it. Dont be drawn in by those fancy coolants like I did. I dont have the linsk for those but just Google them and ull find it.

Alright that should be it, any Q's just pm me. i know i have alot of different stores but it doesnt matter where you get them just that you get those products. good luck.

Anything would work alright since the SB doesn't heat up that much. Most of the heat is from the mosfets and NB.

I guarantee you that enzotech will keep your SB very cool. The fan on that thing spins at 7300rpm and is quiet. I have it on my amd rig cooling my 570 chipset and it rocks. People really underestimate this cooler.
