What brand is your PSU? Check the manufacturer's website to see if 485W is peak or constant output, and how many amps are on the 12v rails.

Most people grossly overestimate their power requirements, and amps are much more important than wattage.

You'd be fine running that setup on a decent ~500W PSU, such as:

Corsair HX520

Alternatively if you don't mind non-modular PSU's, this would give you plenty of overhead:

Corsair TX750

Try using this as a rough guide: Power Supply Calculator

650W leave yourself room to upgrade.

500 watts would be more than enough, but you would have little headroom.

I would get the VX550 or the TX650 from Corsair.

8800GT is 105w plus the quad, a good 450w PSU with 26A should be fine. It all comes down to what the actual power that 12v rails can generate. That's why some 500W PSU acts like 400W PSU. With minor upragde in mind, something like Corsair 550VX is the way to go.

x2

I should add that if you planned on OCing the crap out of that system you'll probably want at least 30-35A on 12V rails. The Corsair 550 has 41A and is a good choice since it is well priced and can handle just about any single gpu setup.
