Yeah it took alot of work but basically what I have now is 2 installs of Vista - one for use, the other one is configured for folding... its basically set up such that all I need to do is boot to that drive and it will auto log in, automatically start the CPU, and both GPU clients... I also cut down things like windows Areo to free up some resources, as well as many other features to ensure Vista wont start something at 2am and cause a BSOD

works well I must say - for a dual core and some G80 core GPU.. i think its a formidable contender

I'm heading out the door in a few, but I do have some more questions for you. I will update the GTX as soon as I log in again. Probably tomorrow night

How I managed to get all of them running decently was in the GPU2 client - use the slightly higher process priority deal - this may slow down things like window minimizing but my PPD while using the computer was much better... also go into task manager and let the FahCore_11.EXE run on ANY CPU, by default it only runs on 1 core

When CPU folding VMWare - set the process priority to IDLE via vmware.vmx file, what this did for me was basically give the GPU's all the CPU it needed, leaving 85-90% of the CPU to VMWare SMP... just enough to keep my computer at like 98% load!!!! Perfect harmony!

as it stands, I pull 12.5k with my sig rig - GTX's are stock clocked for stability sake

GTX's do 4700-4800 ppd for the reccord
Nice to see you back at it

Just a suggestion, you really should separate the 8800GTS into 3 catagories. 320MB, 640MB, and 512MB. I think the 512 has quite different PPD then say a 320MB.

I was just about to post that, the G92 GTS is much better at folding than the G80 ones.

I had planned on doing that, but i want to get the post setup first. I have a lot of typing to do to get it all straight.

Something looks odd with the 8800GT KO, that should get like 4 and a quarter at least.
