Solved. Seems as if both hard drives have died. Swaped for another hard drive that was in a buddies rig and it was recognized.

Huh?. For two HDD's too die is VERY unlikely !.

I had set an 7200.10 to AHIC in the BIOS and the drive is now waked... its visible in Windows but any access to it locks up every PC I've put it in.
