Hello. I am surprised to see an XFX REP arrive here. However if you are indeed legit then how does he go about EFFECTIVELY communicating with you as it seems he has nothing but trouble as im sure you have read.

Can you promise effective communication between yourselves and Alex to resolve the situation ?
Hi There, If he sends me an email via the profile, along with his direct email and ticket number, then i will look into his issue and respond to him direct on email and try to resolve any issues he may have. Not sure why i am having to justify myself to you though? When ALL I am trying to do is help out here.

kind regards
XFX

Because anyone can register a user name, unfortunately in a world such as ours proof is needed to verify an identity. Can you provide your xfx telephone number and extension number?

Thats sounds great. Thankyou. Well you have to see it from my point of view, any guy could show up saying he is from XFX. I appreciate your here to help. You have to remember I am only protecting the interest of the members here at OCN.

Thanks. I hope you and Alex can get sorted soon. However as we are not 100% sure of your origin then I think using our PM system would be a better idea.

Hi there, yes i do understand what you are saying, but I am not willing to publicly post my email / telephone as i will get alot of unsolicited mail / calls.

Whichever way you think is best, is ok with me to start with.

thanks for your co-operation.

My suggestion of phone was just a member suggestion, nothing official(obviously). You should listen to Enterprise. Personally I love to see actual users from hardware companys here. I know we have a newegg representative, so welcome to the site.

Indeed I would reccomend you do not release the afformentioned details. I think the safest way would be to use our PM system we have here on the forums. If you look at Alex's post profile and click on his name you will get a drop down menu and from within there you may send him a PM.

Using the PM system will protect you both in the long run.

Its good to see a REP willing to help out. Most companies would not bother.

Thanks a lot, i was getting a little peeved with XFX, but, if you are indeed legitimate, i am very impressed. Getting in touch directly with your market is something i really like to see and does really swing which way i go when i purchase a card. XFX +1.

Anyway, i will write a PM now with the required information and hopefully we can sort the issue.

I will keep everyone updated with what happens.

Once again, good job XFX, you've impressed me
