How to use Multi GPU Nvidia Folding - Page 14

It should work with the console also. Even though it isn't installed you should still have the files available. I may be wrong though I haven't tried running the console. Check and see if you have the XP : C:\\Documents and Settings\\[username]\\Application Data\\ or Vista: C:\\Users\\[username]\\AppData\\Roaming\\ path (depending on your OS). If you do then it will work for you.

Yeah, tried it already with console, didn't see any folder in the appdata/roaming folder. Running Win7 RC 64bit. Couldn't make it work with the console after completing the required instructions. Going to try the system tray client. Thanks for your help.

G/L I know the systray client works, since that is what I am currently running. Good to know that the console doesn't seem to work.

Just an update with the 190 drivers you need SLI enabled. So if you all were having the same head ache I was there you go.

Not true, I've got the 190 drivers and I can't get my second card to fold with SLI enabled. I have to turn SLI off for it to work.

If someone can tell me how to fold on both cards with SLI enabled, I would be more than greatful.

Figured out how to get it to work with SLI, I had to add the -forcegpu nvidia_g80 flag to the second GPU.

You sir are the man. I now have 4 GPU folding clients running with SLI enabled in addition to an SMP client. Now if I can just get some more SMP clients running I will be set! Thanks a bunch!
