Not even close. I have an ancient socket A setup with a worthless PCChips motherboard, a 700MHz Duron, 8MB Nvidia Vanta and 128 ram. The motherboard had a few blown capacitors, so I soldered on some replacement caps that were used and sort of matching. Combine that with a terrible beige case and a worthless PSU and you have a pretty bad system. Against all odds, it still runs fine and has recently been upgraded to 256MB ram and a 1GHz Duron. In fact, I may try to find a new PSU and CPU cooler to extend its life.
