Q6600 HSF Upgrade/Downgrade??

Ok heres the deal guys. I have a Tuniq Tower and although its great, it never really cooled as much as i thought it would. There might be some lapping i need to do to get it to cool a bit more. Well yesterday i was reinstalling my fans and optimizing my case cooling. I tried to tighten down the bolts on the tuniq tower only to have one of them straight up break! So i had to use the set with the shorter screws. The cooling is the same as before. Nothing seems lost, but it does bug me having to remove the motherboard just to reseat the HSF.

So with that, im thinking of buying another cooler. As you can see i OC'd my Q6600 to 3.0Ghz and get good enough temps (under 62C) using Orthos Blend stress for 6+ hours. I contacted Sunbeam Tech and they sort of gave me a hard time about sending out a few screws to replace my broken one.

That, combined with the fact that i hate removing my motherboard to reseat my Tuniq, im thinking of moving away from it entirely and buying something else. Is there anything comparable that will keep my temps down on my current system and not give me a hastle everytime i wish to reseat it, or make it an easier install altogether? So far ive been looking at this one but would much rather have your expert solutions. Also, i want to keep it under 50$. Thanks!!

The Zalman CNPS9700NT is doing fine for my q6600 at 3.4Ghz.
It costs about $80 on newegg, but you can find refurbished ones on Ebay for $40 or less.

The OCZ vendetta is getting good reviews right now, although I'm not sure as to the mounting procedure as I've never used it.

I saw some of those on ebay. They look pretty good, but i would hate to get one that wasn't properly fixed or re manufactured and it makes my temps even worse. Im thinking of calling Sunbeam and having them send me out some extra screws, even tho i would hate to remove everything and put it back, in the end, its the cheaper result.
