Considering your signature, I take it you're debating over a CPU or Motherboard upgrade? I would say it depends on how high your E7200 is clocking... if it's not that great an OCer, I would go with the E8400

ga ep35 and e8400 FTW
EDIT: reason is .. i personally hate incomplete hardware .. like the 8800GT is 16SP short of GTS ... like E7200 is 3mb L2 short of E8200 (i hate my GT .. wish i had a GTS so i would sleep well at night lol)

I just checked out both of them. I am feeling the gigbyte more for the simple reason of their BIOS features. I also have better knowledge of the gigabyte name/reputation...
