Just needs cable management.
Besides the cables needed to run it and the SATA cables it is cable managed. I did have to buy an extension cable for the 8 pin power connector in order to be able to run it around the back, the cable on my 850 TX would not quite reach. Even with the SATA cables sitting in there it's not affecting anything crucial and doubt I would get any thermal gains from moving them, they are simply not blocking anything important.

That picture was when I first got it and was testing it, since then I have tidied it up a bit. I saw yours, that is very nice cable management.

I will be moving the SATA cables when I water cool it, but not much else I can do besides that.

On a side note, the picture makes it look messier than it does in person, but still point taken .

Just attempted to cut a hole in the case to flip the psu. Not entirely happy with the way it turned out, but it isn't visible anyways. Any suggestions for making cleaner cuts?

Also tried to better cable manage. Let me know what you think.

I have a question for all of us Antec owners... has anyone found / figured out a way to clean the air filters on the front intakes without having to remove the side panels, pull the drive case out, etc?

That looks really nice!

Good idea with the power supply, was actually thinking of doing something similar. Did you use a Dremel? If not that would probably do a good job with that. I want to clean up my wires but I am about to water cool it, so no use doing that now. I might do that power supply mod to mine as well, looks pretty good imo.

As you said, no one is going to see that. So form>function there.

Nope but what I did was I removed all the right side screws so there is none on the right side except for the CD/DVD screws and once I got to clean the filters I just unscrew the left side thats it.

I would try to install the fan/hdd cages opposite of each other w/one right side up and one upside down then have them stick out beyond the cdrom so that you can easily slide the filter out w/o removing anything and the same on the bottom. if you can not insert the fan/hdd cages upside down see if you can install the filter cartridge upside down.

Hope this helps,

I used a dremel to extend the premade cuts next to the motherboard and I wrapped the edges with some wire cover. I am pretty happy how that turned out.

I used a drill with a circular saw attached to cut some circles on the back side. I don't have a photo but I put a few of these holes for the front fan wires to hide. There is also one right behind my motherboard for the usb and power/led/reset wires.

For the bottom I used a jigsaw and went along a predetermined line. Once I got toward the center of the case the metal started bending so the cut isn't exactly perfect.

Really the dremel was used to soften the edges. Does anyone know if there are bits for a dremel to cut right through aluminum cases?
