I was looking at getting this for my case:
View Here

Does anyone know exactly how this window kit goes on? By that I mean does it bolt in easy or do you have to do some modding (not my speciality haha).

the specs say dimensions are 20" x 17 1/4" so measure your case window and you will have your anwser.

Edit: also says made to fit OEM panel for the 1200 so i am fairly sure it will fit.

Stargate, you are arguing over the function of a PC speaker! It is useless with any modern motherboard as the motherboard does it's own diagnostics and halts if it comes up with any errors! The PC speaker usefulness has gone down and my last 3 builds I got by without one just fine. If it's not necessary don't make it out like it is!

PC Speaker is useless unless you really like them! Apparently, you do. The fact you are arguing about it is really disturbing.

This is NOT a debate forum for PC Speakers, this is intended for Antec 1200 owners. Make a RANT post (in the RANT section) if you want to argue about PC speakers and the effects on modern day computing!

One simple mod I did was I wanted to orientate my power supply so it fires down. I drilled a bunch of holes in between the power supply bay rubber feet and made a simple wood platform (painted semi gloss black) with a square cut out for the air exhausted from my power supply. Works good and was very easy to do. 3 pieces of 2x4 and a simple piece of plywood big enough to sit the Antec 1200 on with some slight room to spare.

You can swap out the fans, put different clear windows on the side, put more holes under the motherboard for better cable management, get a UV kit, custom stickers, lots of stuff to do to it. Look up what others have done, use some of these ideas, make up your own. Case modding is limited only by design limitations and your own mind.

Thank you for the compliments. I am not happy with that Thermaltake pump nor that I used 3/8 inch tubing as it will be a possible restriction when I add more things to the loop plus the Core i7 runs hot. My temps were pretty good but I am convinced I can do better.

I am getting a Danger Den CSX-Pro pump, 2 more Yate Loons for push-pull, and switching all my barbs to high flow 1/2" fittings. I will also be upgrading all my tubing to clear Primochill 1/2".

I took these pics right before I drained the loop and took the whole water cooling loop out to prepare for upgrades. Thermaltake pump going right back to Tiger Direct! It was not flowing too good and all I had was a simple CPU loop. Plus it started depositing black particles into my coolant and I know it is the culprit as everything was cleaned prior to installation. I am using Primochill Pure and I know it's not algae as it has only been running for about 3 days.

Of course, I will update my pictures. Am I EVER going to be done messing with this thing so I can actually use it? I seem to spend more time tinkering and upgrading than I do actually using it.

with modern motherboards you dont need the speaker! there is a generally easier way of letting the mobo itself tell you whats wrong instead of a speaker

Did it improve your temperatures at all?
It did help with my bottom video card temps. When the fan on my Corsair TX-850 was facing upwards it would blow all the hot air straight into my video cards (especially the bottom one). Now that I have it blowing out of the bottom not only does it look tidier, it dropped my HD4870's temps by 5-6C at load for the bottom one, 1-2C for the top card.
