There's some potential for this case to look beautiful (nothing hanging off the sides, back or sitting on top lol. I'm really getting inspiration from extremesystems and this guy, http://www.malikcustoms.com/ who does awesome stuff.

What do you guys think about adding some modders mesh, keeping the antec theme. and cutting out sections in the top of the case for rad airflow?

There's a huge 5 to 6 inch space above my motherboard where the rad could be placed and hidden with the right window mod, of course taking one 120mm fan out of the back for more room is not a huge problem either.

It's possible to cut out air slots for mounting hard drives on this cage wall or cut/remove it right out to allow a rad to fit better in there.

I'm not a fan Lol of these fan filters but I am thinking its the same for every case. You can't keep the fine dust out.. I just wish I had snap in fan/filter option like in the fractal cases. I wan't to eliminate fans so badly.. if I go water the cpu, and one more top rear 120mm fan can be taken out.. I had like 12 fans in this thing one time.. Other than that Antec 1200 rocks!

Let me know what you guys think.

PS. Just reference pictures.

Eh? There are plenty, a couple just of google images lol

In regards to have more space than that Fractal case, is it physically bigger, but not well set out, and far less set up for watercooling gear, without modding.
If I was to watercool in my 1200, I'd drill holes in the top and throw a 240, or a 360 if it fit.

Not bad, yeah google helps. I think I might go acrylic or (PETG Rigid Tubing) mentioned here.

I like the clean lines and less cluttered look. I doubt I'll get the water cooling done for awhile but two big ass at least 360mm rads will be used smile.gif A possible third small one in the floor intake. Lol plans are up in the air still. (under the impression more rads the better cooling?)

Edit: if you can get 4 120mm fans in the front intake on a antec 1200 I guess worth getting a bigger rad lol. 480?

Damn, my red LED started to die out because of improper cable management so I decided to rethink all of it.
I think that look was better before, but now it's more harmonized, how do u think?

Does anyone know of a good 2.5" to 3.5" tray adapter that can be used to mount a SSD into an Antec 300 case. I am talking about the older gen Antec 300 as it does not have a SSD bay. Thanks for any help you can give.

I was thinking about getting this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817997007

I think any would do (should do). I didn't mount my ssd in 1200 at all, it just sort of lays between two hdds held by connected wires. But if you want clean & proper look, why not,
this one is just 5 bucks and already black, I guess it's a no brainer for such price.

They might very slightly differ in width, I mean how easily you can shove one into the cage, that depends on both hdd cage itself and the bracket (amount of paint + production accuracy, afterall, they're all made in china). If you get into difficulties jamming it in, I guess a few minutes with file tool would solve that.

Thanks for that, I was kind of hoping that I could find a tray that I could at least fit in 2 SSD. Much thanks for the help! +1

^^^I looked into my case and I don't see any holes on the bottom? Perhaps because I have the older version of the Antec 300?
