Why didn't you route the EPS 12v cable around the back? I have the 750W PSU from Corsair and i'm pretty sure my 750w and your 850w have the same cable length, and i can route mine along the back.

Really? For me it couldn't quite make it, about two inches short. I actually have an extension cable coming tomorrow from frozencpu.com. I had them sleeve it black for an extra $4. I'll take another look at it, and at worst be able to post a pic tomorrow with it routed around back.

Oh wow..that's weird...i don't think the cables on the 850w are shorter. Make sure that's the cable closest to the back of the mobo tray to get all the length out of it you can. It was a close fit for me, but a pair of needlenose pliers made it fairly easy.

Everytime I go through this thread I pick up new ideas for cable management. And since I'm still waiting on GPU/RAM, that's about all I do with my rig at the moment! Thanks, and here are my pics:

-My 1200 with views of the box it came in and the parts I've received so far.

-View of the inside of the case, note the stock cooler, no RAM, no GPU yet - 12v extension cable should be here soon and that cable will be gone.

-Back panel, I've routed everything here, when the rest of the pieces arrive I'll be able to neaten it up (hopefully), the plastic connectors are hard to tie down so that the panel locks in...

-For fun, this is what I'm upgrading from. Thermaltake Xaser IV--Athlon FX-53, Radeon X800 Pro, soon to just be Ubuntu.

-I decided to gut the Xaser and put the pieces in my (approx 8 year old) Lian-Li aluminum case, I like the size of it in the new case for a backup PC. Look a floppy drive!

Silent Nemis, did you have to mod the HDDS to make them fit? Im looking at getting a new res that measures 277mm in height, and according to what I measured in the case it should fit under one of their hard drive bays without any form of mod or extra purchase. Just wondering, Im hoping to do this very very soon.
