Problem With my Order

Hello,

I ordered a Intel Q6600 on Wednesday 09 July, 2008. It is now August 3, 2008 and my order status still shows up as processing. I have sent 3 emails which have all been unanswered. At this point I am tired of waiting and would just like to cancel my order. My order number is #7253. Hopefully someone can help.

buy.com? Where did you buy it? If you did buy from Buy.com, the item can be bought from totally different market. Under your order receipt, there should be a small words with link. You should contact them.

I bought it from tankguys.com and there aren't any phone numbers to call, at least none that I can find. All they have is a mailing address and an email. They haven't replied to the 3 emails I have sent. Sending a letter doesn't seem practical. Right now I'm waiting for someone from tankguys to reply to this thread or send me an email. This IS the tankguys.com Post Sale Forum isn't it?

are you sure you didnt buy a backordered item, as if you did they will ship you a processor as soon as they get them in stock, be sure you read everything before you checked out

Yes I was certain it said "In Stock" before I ordered. It is even in stock now and has been for the past few weeks. This is the page for the item.

They may be having some problems. I ordered some RAM that was backordered, after a week, they refunded it saying they were having supplier problems.
I've also been waiting a week to get RMA instructions without an answer to my post or a PM.
