They updated over a week ago. I got my RMA from Crucial and they sent me these newer single sided (even though I specifically asked for the double sided). Only difference in the part number is the new ends in an "A"
the old ends in a "4"
. Guess they were hoping nobody noticed the difference. Funny thing is, the older ones are not even showing up on Crucials site.
Still have not bothered to install them yet. I am running some of the Tracers now in my folding rig to see how the work (took about a month for the Ballistix to start failing on it). I am kind of ticked, since I sent Crucial 2 kits, and they returned 4 single sticks. I know it is not a major deal, but still, I sent 2 kits and got 4 singles that are not garunteed to work in dual channel.

Any proof of that? My 4 that have failed were running @ 2.0v @ 750mhz. I have 2 more gigs in my dads that are running @ 1.95v (the max his board will go) @800mhz and no issues in 4 months yet (but may just RMA them if the Tracers go bad).
