Just a question before I spend money to find out I can OC very little...if I get a new mobo so I can overclock will my memory be holding me back quite a bit its some crappy memory at like 333MHz

no, as long as the board has a 1:1 setting with the fsb. if you run your fsb at 266, it will be perfect, and if your cpu can't handle the speed, then just turn down its mutli.

Just make sure the motherboard has a memory divider setting.

If you can set your ram to a slower speed in the BIOS then you should be fine. Otherwise, when you increase your reference clock, you might surpass your rams stable frequency.

Well, just to let you know, you have PC5300 ram, which is DDR667 (the 333 you probably saw in CPU-Z, but to get your real speed you have to multiply that speed by 2 (because ram is dual channel)), so you should be able to OC fairly well, since you can usually set the ram speed in BIOS down to DDR400 settings, which will give you some room to work with.

Not sure yet any suggestion looking for one around 80$ Socket AM2, no onboard video, has 4 memory slots, and at least one PCI-E slot
