Your gonna have to learn your BIOS. Read over the manual and search around with Google. Experiment, become familiar.
In other words, you will need to find voltage configuration in the BIOS. Look for CPU Vcore and try setting it to 1.35v.
Also, it is quite possible you won't have many settings for your board. I'm not sure. Just gonna have to look around some.
EDIT: This is what your "Advanced Chipset Features" screen should look like.
Unfortunately, it appears this motherboard/BIOS does not allow for voltage adjustments.
I really do think the stock heat pipe cooler would out perform your CoolerMaster.
