Is there a program that gives you a stat's report of a PC? More than likely there is one already out and I've not skimmed over it. But I'm looking for something that tells all the stats of the computer, as well as the run time on the drives/pc/cd/etc...

Is there something like this?

I would like to suggest "Dexpot" I stumbled across this utility while trying to replicate some standard Linux features on Windows and optimize my new laptop to better utilize its small desktop real estate (1366x768). Basically this utility could be looked at as a much less powerful version of Compiz Fusion, or a much better window manager for Windows, though it doesn't replace or directly upgrade the default shell. It gives you multiple virtual desktops (I use four myself), the Expose feature of Compiz, enhanced window management features (sending them between desktops, toggling always on top via keybind, window grouping and taskbar manipulation) and provides for a better overall computing experience (imo)

Very powerful little utility. Doesn't seem to impact resources very much either - 2.8mb of memory consumed and I haven't ever seen it use CPU.
