Alot of people use OCCT or Prime 95 for their main stability torture tests. Personally I would do 5 loops of Intel Burn Test on maximum stress, and then stress for 24 hours Small FFT's, 12 hours of blend.
Yes I know this is a long time, but generally its the only way to know that your completely stable. Another thing you could try is more loops of IBT and then skip to 12 hours of blend test in prime 95.
Make sure to monitor your temps during IBT especially, it causes alot of heat and it will tell you if your gonna be running too hot at your clock.
From my personal experience, an instable system will fail within 30 minutes of small fft's in prime 95, and Ive had failures around 8 hours of blend that had to do with NB and VTT voltages.
