I'm getting 0x124 BSOD when torture testing with this settings.
CPU 3,5GHz
RAM 600MHz 6-6-6-18

Try lowering CPU FSB. That looks a little high. Try like 1.26 or something.
Too much voltage can cause instability just like not having enough.


and what FSB and CPU multiplier are you using?
