Looks like someone went to gigabyte, stole their connectors and then went to MSI and stole the PCB.... Then the heatsink was sawn off an asus board.

FYI, its the Nvidia chipsets that dont go well with ASUS boards. for Intel chipsets, they're the absolute best.
