If someone could give me a good guide to work with I would be grateful! I played the game before but never really understood all the nuisances of it. If anyone has any suggestions for a good noob friendly corporation or any other tips please let me know!

Hello EVE folks!

Well, used to play for about 3 months up until March 08, but real life activities took over and I was barely near the computer enough to warrant paying for the time I wasn't using. Things are slow now, though, and I'm looking to get back into it!

So, I know there's the feature lists, but has there been any MAJOR modifications? I've pretty much forgotten everything so most wouldn't make sense anyway.

Also, I did read the first 2 pages of this thread, and saw nothing, but what places do you lot get your Time Codes from? Can you recommend a reputable one that has cheaper prices than the EVE website?

Can't wait to get back in game.

I don't suggest buying time codes from anywhere but the EVE site, to avoid account theft (been pretty rampant lately).

MAJOR changes include doomsdays becoming a targetted high-alpha weapon, and soveregnty being controlled differently.

Can you elaborate? Just getting back into EVE and I'm trying to catch up as much as I can, but most of my Alliance members are either not on when I am, or not fully up to date like me.

Thanks! I just bought some from the site for now. Although that site seems cheap! After a little research i was under the impression that 3rd party resellers weren't allowed to sell below a certain price. It may have been outdated or bad information though.

And thanks for the update. Although I don't understand what a high-alpha weapon is As long as all the skills are working the same and what not then I'm good to go. All seems the same so far...

Just FYI, Shattered Crystal is the most trusted 3rd party eve GTC retailer, I recommend them.

If your new, or returning go through the tutorials the new ones are pretty good!

I've heard a lot of bad things about shattered crystal, so I can't recommend them. I'm paying for my account with isk at the moment though.
